What is it?
Corn Cob Abrasive is a soft, low-density granular product made from the hard woody cob of seed corn. After the seed has been removed, the cobs are transferred to the grinding mill to grind and then graded for the blasting industry. This non-toxic, organic product is screened and air-washed, and used for cleaning delicate surfaces such as wood, stone, block, and glass. The ground cob comes in several grades for different applications.
